By accessing or using Seven (https://seven.silvanode.com), operated by Silva Node AB (a company incorporated in Finland), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our service.

Seven is an AI-powered content creation platform that enables users to generate presentations, documents, and social media graphics using artificial intelligence. The service operates on a credit-based system with various subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use Seven, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Seven. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Credits and Subscriptions

4.1 Credit System

Seven operates on a credit-based system. Different actions consume different amounts of credits as specified in the service. Credit costs may vary depending on the complexity and type of content generation requested.

4.2 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different credit allocations and features. Credits may expire according to the expiration policy detailed in your chosen plan. Current plan offerings and pricing are available on our website.

4.3 Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred under your account.

4.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Credits purchased separately may be refunded within 14 days if unused, at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Seven to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Violate any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated scripts or bots (except via our official API)
• Generate content that violates OpenAI's usage policies
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Use the service for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you input into Seven and content generated by the service at your direction. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the service.

6.2 Generated Content

AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranties. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of generated content. You assume all risks associated with using AI-generated content.

6.3 Our Intellectual Property

Seven's software, design, branding, and functionality are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Seven, you consent to such collection and use.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service "As Is"

Seven is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of generated content.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silva Node AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Silva Node AB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of Seven
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you generate or share using the service

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be revoked
• Unused credits will be forfeited
• We may delete your content after 30 days

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.

For EU residents: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Silva Node AB.

13.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

13.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
